Introducing Tegria, our new services and solutions company

In recent years, Providence has developed or acquired technology platforms, processes, best practices and expertise that have improved the way we deliver patient care and run our administrative services.

This week, we're excited to announce that we're formally making these services and solutions available through a new company called Tegria. Several of our recent acquisitions, as well as services we have developed internally, will be part of the new company.

For example, Providence has been provisioning IT services to rural hospitals and clinics for years through Community Technologies (formerly Community Connect). Now, as a Tegria company, it will be possible for Community Technologies to share their expertise more broadly.

Making these solutions available to other health care organizations is one way we’re improving the health of local communities and extending our healing ministry to more people in need.

Below you'll find the complete portfolio of companies that comprise Tegria today. To learn more, read our news release.
